central stay, was superb

central location winter gardens easy access

The location was perfect. i could easily see the tower from there. the hotel was very close to the winter gardens, a great plus for attending events. i found it easy to reach and locate. A happy little stay for me.

i noticed the walls and banisters were not clean. this detracted from the overall appearance. they need a paint refresh.

a mini fridge with bottles and cans was available behind reception. a spirit spinner with spirits in at reception was also present. it provided some options for drinks, even if the bar section was not fully operational.

the receptionist was lovely and helpful. when i wanted to shower on saturday, another receptionist let me use a dirty room that was scheduled to be cleaned. it wasn't ideal, but i appreciated being able to clean myself.

supreme location friendly staff

The hotel's location was supreme, a VERY short walk to the winter gardens. I found the staff to be so friendly and helpful, always ready with a tender smile.

The room wasn't perfectly clean, just a very small issue though.

The room had a television. coffee and tea making facilities. the location was very close to local attractions. i found the staff to be friendly. The lady at the desk helped move my room quickly due to a tv issue. i got a decent sized room.

i found no advice on where to park my car.

the hotel is well located near the town center, though in a quieter spot away from the rowdy nightlife, though the missing tiles on the steps were very steep making them slippy in the rain. the location was perfect!

the room included a practical layout and essential amenities. i found the provided towels to be clean and plentiful. the bed offered adequate support, ensuring a reasonable night's rest, though the pillows were quite soft. the staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the tv upon my request.

The lift required maintenance. It was somewhat slow and made unusual noises.
